Hello my name is Michael J. Wright I am the new Webmaster for the Groom Website. My mother is Virginia Lou Groom. I am 5th generation of Needham York Groom.

I graduated from Mabank, Texas in 1977 and I still live in Mabank. I also attended college at Trinity Valley Community College in Athens, Texas and graduated in 1987 with a Associates Appied Science degree.

I am a single man who never married. But I am a proud Godfather of a Goddaughter, and her name is Kayla Wells. She was born September 6th, 1988. And we love to ride 4-wheelers and play basketball together. She is the joy of my life.
